Confidential contact persons (peer listeners)

Are you struggling with something, feeling uncomfortable, or just need to get something off your chest? Don’t hesitate to contact one of our confidential contact persons (VCPs/peer listeners). They are the first point of contact for anyone within our associations who has a complaint about unwanted behavior and are ready to help and listen to you.

Confidential contacts are unlikely to be able to address your complaints (fully) in detail, but they offer a listening ear and will work with you to find an appropriate solution and any necessary follow-up steps.
