The KOSMU is the umbrella organisation for the eight student music associations in Utrecht. We were founded in 1967 to promote and expand making music among students. The KOSMU board manages and represents the interests of all these music associations, which together comprise more than 400 musically-inclined students. The KOSMU is the only umbrella organisation for student music associations in the Netherlands and has a unique position in representing the lively and diverse student music scene in Utrecht.
